Store information The police stated that Memphis claimed that Anthony's excuse to rob the store was that he was going to go 'back to the store to get 'em' because they would not sell him cigars. However, Anthony Nealy was 33 at the time of the crime. Why would any store refuse to sell him cigars? Anthony did not smoke cigars, a fact which could have been clearly communicated to the Court by friends, family and co-workers. Similarly, if Mr Nealy had been refused cigars at the store on a previous occasion, why was this incident not shown on another video during the trial? |
