circumstances surrounding the release of S Why did the defense not question the circumstances which S was released under? (i.e possession of marijuana, an outstanding Warrant etc) Given the above evidence, why was S released after an extremely short time in comparison to the 12 ½ hours in which it apparently took the police to question Anthony? |
