"lose" motel receipts Why did the defense not question the police about the loss of motel receipts provided by Anthony Nealy which proved that he and Claude were in Oklahoma on the 20th August 1997 - the evening of the murder? Why did the defense not check themselves on the customer records of the motel in Oklahoma? |
